Medium Rare by Saveur is a steakhouse located in the heartlands of Singapore. Medium Rare serves predominantly premium steak cuts from Australia, available in varied done-ness. At night, it transforms into a bistro bar serving pasta, chops and their very own selection of house pour beer and wine.
